By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout. Prices, available plans, and features may change from time to time with prior notice or publication on the website.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. AltTunnel does not store full payment card details or bank account credentials.

Delivery of Service

After successful payment, access to the Service is typically delivered electronically, including through your account, by email, or through connection credentials or setup information made available to you.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for checking that you can receive service-related communications from us.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy or, if no separate Refund Policy is published, at AltTunnel’s reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law.
